Gaurishankar, founded TracROI with a zeal to offer differentiated business solutions to clients. Prior to founding TracROI, he held senior analyst position with Aranca (a Mumbai based research provider) and also had a short stint with an Indian proprietary investment firm. He is a seasoned professional with strong hands-on operational experience with hedge funds and private equity firms. He holds a Chartered Accountancy degree from The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK (ACCA).
Rajneesh co-founded TracROI; he heads the delivery and team building functions at TracROI. His prior work experience includes a long stint at the investment research and corporate real estate arm of French IT and consulting giant, Capgemini. Rajneesh has rich experience in real estate, private equity and public company valuation. He is a responsible, ambitious professional (and a CFA) with excellent time management skills which has helped him win and manage global clients. Most of the accomplishments till our journey today stands to his credit.
Seema is dedicated to the administrative and human resource functions. She spearheads our belief of ‘collective cognition’. In her opinion, the onus lies on the leader and senior management to encourage and maintain the right motivation level in the team. She headed the design and product creation functions in a renowned textile firm for several years before joining TracROI.
Sneha heads the business development and client management functions. Staying positive coupled with her persistent efforts to win clients and referrals has helped TracROI strengthen its presence in this ever-competitive market. Her prior work experience includes working with a technology firm, where she was actively involved in business development for several years. She holds a Master of Computer Application (MCA) degree.

The Advisory Board comprises of seasoned academics, investors and industry professionals across various backgrounds including investment banking, capital investment and private equity firms. TracROI seeks advice on matters within their fields of expertise. The strategic advices are related to new market strategies, expanding product portfolio and legal issues. The Advisory Board members are frequently called upon to provide valuable insights on the upcoming trends and competitors, as well as identifying regulatory developments.
